BEATLE juice at Maudslay

Beatle Juice, Boston’s popular and loved Beatles’ tribute band, will be performing at our upcoming fundraiser for the Maudslay Arts Center (MAC).  Even though it has been more than 50 years since the Beatles’ last performance, their songs have not lost their appeal.  With over twenty No. 1 hits and 34 Top 10 hits on the Billboard charts nearly everyone can hum a Beatles’ tune.  This concert will appeal to all members of the family.  

Since the MAC opened its doors in 1992, many outstanding artists have graced their stage from every style of music – opera, country, classical, big band, jazz, pop, and rock and roll. Over the past 30 years, MAC has worked to revitalize, restore, and preserve the barns and facilities. The Beatle Juice fundraiser endeavors to raise $50,000 for further repairs to the historic barn complex.

We are delighted Beatle Juice has partnered with us to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and to help us raise $50,000 to repair our leaking roofs.  Many outstanding artists have graced our stage since our first concert.   To paraphrase a popular Beatles’ song …. “we’ll get by with a little help from our friends.”  We hope you will become a friend of the MAC and help us preserve this treasured community resource by attending our fundraiser!

Event Date   Friday, July 8th (rain or shine)

Doors open at 6:30 pm.  The concert will begin promptly at 7:30 pm and ends around 9:30 pm with a short 20-minute intermission.  In the event of rain, the concert will take place in our performance barn. 

Seating Options
All seating options at the MAC provide excellent acoustics for your listening pleasure.  

Patio seats are $50 each and can be purchased in tables of 3 of 4.  Additional seats can be purchased for $50 each.  If you have a party of 5, you would purchase a table for 4 and 1 additional seat.  Patio seats are located at ground level in front of our elevated performance stage.  In the event of rain, you are guaranteed a table in our performance barn.  COVID protocols will adhere to state mandates.  Tickets are non-refundable.

Lawn seats are $30 each.  Bring your chair, beach towel or blanket for seating above the patio and performance stage.  In the event of rain, we cannot guarantee indoor seating.  Covered seating will be available in the form of a tent.  COVID protocols will follow state mandates.  Tickets are non-refundable.

No outside food or drinks can be brought into our concert venue for this event.

Big Rig BBQ will be offering up sumptuous barbeque bites.  To avoid long-lines at the food truck you can pre-order your dinner along with your tickets.  Our ushers will deliver your order to your table when your food is ready.  To order complete the attached order form and mail it with your check by July 1, 2022.

Parking
Parking next to the performance barn is limited to vehicles with handicapped placards.  You may drop off passengers and your lawn chairs in the drop off zone near the concert barn before proceeding to the Maudslay State Park parking area just down the road where parking is free after 5:30 pm.  The lot is a short three-minute walk to the MAC.  Ushers will be in the lot to direct you to the Center.
